I’m opening a gentle one hour breathwork workshop soon. We will gather together online by Zoom. No experience necessary— just come as you are.
You will learn 4 fundamental breathing techniques to regulate your nervous system in times of duress, but also to incorporate into your daily life. When you become more conscious of the way you breathe, you begin to reshape how you move through stress, tension, and the pace of daily life.
