Who we help

You don't have to hit rock bottom to deserve this.

Most people who find their way here aren't broken—they're stretched thin. Running on caffeine and willpower. Anxious minds that won't quiet down at 1 am. People who can't remember the last time someone asked how they were doing. First responders running on empty. Caregivers who feel like they just can't anymore. Moms who are overwhelmed and just need some me-time. Nervous systems stuck in high alert for so long, it starts to feel like your personality. If any of that sounds like your Tuesday, keep reading.

Anxiety & Overwhelm

When your mind won't stop and your body won't listen

You know the loop. Racing thoughts at 3 am that solve nothing, just circle. A jaw you didn't realize was clenched until it aches. Saying "I'm fine" on autopilot while your chest disagrees. You've probably already tried thinking your way out of it—journaling, googling, arguing with your own brain at 2 am. Breathwork doesn't ask you to think your way out. It works on the body directly, calming the body first, so your mind can come back online instead of trying to think its way there.

Conscious connected breathwork works on the vagus nerve—the actual physical wiring behind fight-or-flight. That's why people often feel a shift in their body after just one session, instead of after months of "working on it."

what sessions look like:

  • A first session mapping your specific pattern—what sets you off, what actually brings you down

  • Guided breathwork paired with grounding, sound, or gentle Reiki, depending what your body responds to

  • Real tools for the 3 am moments—not just for the 90 minutes you're here

Caregivers

Caring for someone else doesn't mean disappearing

You're the one who remembers the medication schedule. Who stays calm in the ER waiting room. Who hasn't cried yet because someone has to hold it together, and everyone assumes it's you. Caregiver burnout doesn't announce itself—it just quietly becomes your baseline, until "tired" doesn't even register as a feeling anymore, just a fact.

This is one hour where nobody needs anything from you.

  • First sessions are always in person—non-negotiable. Breathwork can bring up a lot, and I want to be right there with you if it does, not on the other end of a screen

  • Breathwork can start with a single session if that's what you need—no pressure into a package before you're ready

  • Sound Journey sessions are always better in-person

  • Reiki is offered as a course, not a one-off—real shifts take a few sessions to land, and I'll walk you through what that looks like

  • Once we've built that foundation together, some ongoing work can move online—we'll figure out what's right for you

how sessions are structured

Nervous System Regulation

What "regulation" actually feels like (hint: it's not zen)

You've read the phrase online a hundred times. In practice, it's simpler than the wellness-industrial-complex makes it sound: your body being able to move between alert and at-ease, instead of stuck—wired at midnight, crashed by 3 pm, no in-between.

Breathwork, sound healing, and Reiki, don't ask you to understand this intellectually. They work on the body first, so the shift is something you actually feel in your body—not another idea you nod along to and then can't seem to put into practice. When your body starts to fully relax, your mind can come back online. That's not just a nice idea—it's how the nervous system actually works: under stress, the thinking part of your brain gets quieted down so the alarm system can take over, which is exactly why you can't just think your way out of anxiety. The body has to come first. Your breath can help you get to that oasis of bliss and back to homeostasis.

signs you might recognize:

  • "Wired but tired"—exhausted, but physically unable to power down

  • Startling at small things, or feeling strangely flat and far away

  • Sleep that doesn't restore you, a body you feel disconnected from

  • constantly irritated—short fused

  • Too tired to put yourself first

❤️Sessions are paced to what your system can actually hold that day—never pushed past it.
